Dr. April Arseneau, Board Certified Allergist

Dr. Arseneau grew up in Chugiak, Alaska but spent most of her summers in Palmer as an active 4H member.  She then obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of Washington in Seattle prior to completing her medical degree at Albany Medical College in New York. She pursued her internal medicine residency at Wright Patterson Air Force Base in Ohio and went on to complete a fellowship in Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, Texas.  Board certified in both Internal Medicine and Adult and Pediatric Allergy, Asthma, Immunology Dr. Arseneau had the opportunity to serve as the chief of Allergy at Joint Base Elmendorf Richardson and served as consultant for the United States Pacific Air Force just prior to founding Valley Allergy and Asthma Clinic, LLC.

Dr. Arseneau is proud to be the first full time board certified allergist dedicated to the Matanuska valley. 




Jordan Stancombe Physician Assistant – Certified

Jordan grew up in small town Iowa. She attended the University of Iowa and then went on to Des Moines University to receive her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies. She began her career as a Physician Assistant at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, Nebraska. Jordan relocated to Alaska in 2017. Jordan feels right at home in Alaska and loves to explore the outdoors whether it is hiking, fishing or camping. She is passionate about providing the absolute best care to her patients.





Chelsey - Office Manager

Chelsey was born and raised in Anchorage, Alaska and now resides in beautiful Chugiak, Alaska. She enjoys what our alluring state has to offer all while sharing her life and experiences as a devoted mother to two young boys. Her doting husband, Alex is the foundation to her joyous, memorable life. Chelsey successfully held an administrative and part time medical assistant position in the psychiatry field for 5 years prior to transitioning to allergy and asthma. The opportunity to learn and grow in both her former and current positions allow her to strive in her career.
